Daily posting timetable
Two planned posts per day for the US audience. Times below are Nigeria time (WAT); the US Eastern equivalent is shown for planning.
US Eastern conversion changes with daylight-saving time. The scheduler must use named time zones, not a fixed offset.
Posting and approval rules
Prepare Facebook and Instagram drafts for each slot. Posts must remain in review until you approve them. This timetable saves the preferred posting windows; automatic cloud publishing is not active until a scheduled worker and official Meta publishing connection are configured.
Import-to-order campaign
Campaign length, deposit terms, demand thresholds and extensions must be agreed with the brand owner. Shipping estimates stay estimates until supplier, freight and customs figures are verified.
Cost checklist
Product cost · freight · customs and duties · local delivery · payment fees · currency conversion · margin. Never promise a delivery date or final price from unverified figures.
